Open Up Your Chakras Workshop

Name of workshop: Open Up Your Chakras!

By: Heart-Beat (Solveig Haugen & Lisa Anderson)

Vital Development® is a movement-based therapeutic method, using music as the vehicle to release blockages and trapped emotions from the body. A meditation in action through dance! Both the endocrine system and the nervous system are activated as we re-balance ourselves to come back to our natural state of joy and relaxation.

By releasing tensions, we open up our breath and posture as well as ground ourselves. In the workshop, we will work through our seven chakras and reconnect with the four elements in our bodies.

FOUNDERS OF YOGI TEA!

🌿☕✨FOUNDERS OF YOGI TEA 🌿☕✨
🌿☕✨SUPPORT ETHICAL WELLBENG FESTIVAL 🌿☕✨

It is an absolute privilege for us to have Devraj Singh holding Meditation/Yoga Tea Taster Sessions on Saturday & Sunday – As well as an amazing stall! A very special treat for us all!

Devraj Singh & his beautiful wife founded YOGI TEA® in the 1970s, for them it’s been about more than creating Ayurvedic herbal and spiced teas. With every ingredient they source, and every cup of tea they make, they strive to support quality, sustainability and social responsibility on a local, national and global level.

YOGI TEA®’s roots stem from the 3,000 year-old Indian Ayurvedic teachings about the balance between body, mind and soul.

As a pioneer of Ayurvedic herbal and spice teas, YOGI TEA® has been committed to organic farming methods since the 80s. At a time when there were no organic certificates and sustainably sourced products were a rarity, we traveled to the most remote corners of the world to find the best organic ingredients for our unique blend of teas.

🌷🌿 Claria Yoga Joins us at our August Festival🌷🌿

We are very excited to have the beautiful Claire Ng-Martin sharing her talent by doing some Hatha Yoga Sessions for us at the festival!

Yoga teacher Claire Ng-Martin comes from a Hatha Flow and Restorative Yoga background. Through her own prior personal challenges with chronic stress and infertility, she developed a practice that is energetic and fluid, yet supportive and nurturing. Combining principles of Hatha and Restorative Yoga, she teaches students to listen to their bodies and find space, allowing them to connect with a deeper part of themselves. This sets the foundation for easing stress and tension from body and mind, and achieving balance between the two. Claire works with adults of all abilities and ages. She also teaches modified styles of yoga specifically designed for pregnancy, people recovering from injuries, seniors, those undergoing fertility treatment or people with learning disabilities. Claire teaches group and private classes in the Wimbledon area, and teaches weekly at the Generate charity.
